ElectroLicks are made with peace, love, unity, and respect in mind. If you have ANY issue with your order, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns
Due to food safety regulations and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, tryelectrolicks.com does not accept returns on any food or consumable products.
This policy, in compliance with FDA policy, is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of all products consumed by our customers. Once consumable goods leave our facility, we cannot verify their handling or storage conditions and therefore cannot restock or resell them.
Refunds & Replacements
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for products damaged or melted during shipment due to improper handling or warmer weather.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@tryelectrolicks.com.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, they are prepared ASAP by our tiny team in small batches. To put it simply, we have full time jobs and limited resources.
Because of this, we do not accept order cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
Please double-check your order details (shipping address, items, quantities) before completing your purchase.
If you made a mistake, reach out to us as soon as possible at sales@tryelectrolicks.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
